TEM&C is a small, veteran-led consultancy. We do not run analytics dragnets, sell visitor data, or build advertising profiles. This page describes the limited data we collect when you visit this site or contact us.

What this site collects

This site is a static page. It does not set tracking cookies, run third-party advertising scripts, or fingerprint your browser. The only third-party requests are to load fonts from Google Fonts. Standard server logs may record IP address, browser, and request URL for security and operational purposes.

What you send us directly

If you email or call, we keep the substance of that exchange so we can follow up and serve you. If we begin an engagement together, we keep records of the work product, billing, and communications associated with it. We do not share that content with anyone outside the engagement, except where required by law.

Client work and confidentiality

Engagements are governed by separate written agreements that include confidentiality terms. Nothing identifying a client, employer, or sector engagement appears on this site. Outcomes referenced publicly are representative composites.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information.
• We do not run remarketing or advertising tracking on this site.
• We do not enrich visitor data against third-party data brokers.

Your rights

If you would like to know what we have on you, correct it, or have it deleted, send an email to william@teameffortmac.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. We honor applicable data-protection rights under U.S. state privacy laws and the GDPR where it applies.

Updates

If this notice changes materially, we will update the effective date above and post the revised version at this URL.
